The British Institute of Cleaning Science was founded in 1961 to improve the quality of training and efficiency of cleaning staff in the U.K.

All of our cleaning staff are fully trained and BICSc certified, including all aspects of Health and Safety and COSHH (Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health)

You can rest assured that TLC offers the ultimate in security and confidentiality.

Our privacy policy ensures that anything we may see or hear while on your premises is immediately forgotten, and goes nowhere else. Our security policy ensures that clients' house keys and alarm codes are kept in a locked cabinet. Each set of keys and/or codes is only removed for use on that client's property, ensuring that your keys and codes cannot fall into the wrong hands.

We understand the difficulties faced by the elderly who want to remain in their own homes, but need a little extra help with their household chores.
